Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel est sympathique et attentif. Nous avons également dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel et nous avons très bien mangé. Les chambres sont un peu vieillissantes mais elles restent très propres et disposent de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cet établissement.

Le seul petit point à améliorer serait peut-être la connexion Wi-Fi, parfois un peu compliquée.

Meraviglioso giardino, pulizia assoluta, tranquillità non comune, bella piscina con bar e molti lettini con teli a disposizione , personale sorridente e gentile. Buon ristorante bordo piscina.Nulla da aggiungere se non che qui ci si rilassa davvero!!!

Il giardino molto curato e la piscina.

Colazione scarsa, in camera c’era odore di muffa e la zanzariera del letto era macchiata. Il bagno era esterno e per questo pieno di insetti e muffa con sanitari arrugginiti e pieni di calcare.

It was my second time I stayed there and loved everything about it.

I loved this place! Pretty gardens, great pool and clean, well equipped rooms with everything you could need.My. favourite thing was the restaurant & the lovely staff who worked there.

This is not a criticism of the hotel at all or the people working there. But it is an issue I feel strongly about raising. I booked a snorkel trip through Tirta Sari to Menjangan Island. On our first snorkel of the day I followed our guide and collected as much plastic and rubbish as I could from the sea. But when we reached the island for lunch I realised it was all for nothing - there was so much rubbish washed up on the island and surrounding the place we ate lunch it just seemed futile and sad. If we could have taken a rubbish bag and cleaned up the beach I would have happily helped. But the way things were, it felt like eating in a rubbish tip and that there was no point collecting rubbish from the sea after lunch - it was a rubbish heap just waiting to wash back in. All we would need was a rubbish bag to help out!! I thought I was coming to Permuteran for epic snorkelling - but the rubbish made me very sad & the lack of will to fix it means I don't think I will come again.

De prachtige tuin en het vriendelijke personeel.

De douche en het toilet van je kamer is buiten en dat betekent dat je kunt “genieten” van de buren. Als je gewend bent om te kamperen, dan zeker doen😀.

The location just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The staff were so attentive, friendly and kind. Very peaceful. The restaurant food delicious and well presented and amazing affordable cocktails.

The bed was a little hard but everything else that I loved about the place overrode that.
