CITY STONE HOUSE

We stayed for 2 nights at City Stonehouse in a room on the 2nd floor and loved it. The room is airy (high ceilings, big windows), spacious with wooden floors and very clean. The en-suite bathroom was extremely clean and very well equipped (multiple towels were offered to use but it was stored in a way that one could also save towels, refill soaps, hair dryer etc). The room itself was beautifully furnished - nice bedding, arm chair, hangers etc. and offered some refreshments and snacks :). Downstairs was an extremely well equipped kitchen with everything one needs to cook a delicious meal. Indoor as well as outdoor seating areas were inviting. The ground floor offers a living room with plenty of information about the island and tour possibilities. Luggage storage on our departure day was no problem at all. Check-In was as easy as it gets. The location is great - easy to reach from the airport, walking distance to the center, marina, parks, restaurants and shops. There are several car and scooter rentals close by. The biggest benefit of this accommodation is the wonderful host who spoils his guests by providing lots of information, answers all possible questions, sends out recommendations and makes sure one feels 100% relaxed on vacation. Thank you, Emanuel. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely recommend this clean, cozy and very inviting home for your next stay!

We liked everything about the property. The room was very clean. Kitchen well equipped and the location central. The host welcomed us warmly, showed us around and gave us a lot of valuable advices. 5 stars from us!

Everything was perfect and beyond expectations. The room looks the same as on the pictures. Emanuel gave a lot of tips and sent us a written guidance to the island. He did his best to make our trip memorable. We really liked how he prepared with towels for the beach, hot springs and enough in the bathroom as well. + It was one of the cleanest place I've ever been. He really thought about everything. Thank you so much for every tips and help!

I absolutely loved my stay at City Stone House. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. The common kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of and more. On top of that, Emanuel is one of the best hosts I've met! He was super friendly and accommodating. He sent a huge list of places to visit which ended up being our main travel guide during our time in São Miguel. Couldn't recommend this place more! <3
