Great peaceful place to stay in Ponta Delgada. Comfortable, clean room. Excellent shared facilities including shared living room and well equipped kitchen. Really great communication from the host, easy check in and always available to respond to questions and offer advice about travel in the local area. Highly recommended!

Everything was great

Very clean and well decorated space and building! The airport is nearby so you may hear planes - but not over night. The host was SO kind and responsive to whatever we needed. We appreciated parking nearby (in a community lot). About a 15 min walk to downtown). We also appreciated the food storage offered for us to take our lunches with us.

Emanuel was a great host and gave many tips and advice about what to do and where to eat. The room was very spacious and nice and the common areas such as the kitchen were well maintained and had everything you need.

The room lacked a rack to put clothes and one heard all noises within the house (stairs etc). Also the airplanes are quite loud but pass very infrequently (likely not different anywhere else in Ponta Delgada). Both were not a problem as we dont have a light sleep.

The place was very clean, everything was arranged for us to the last bit. This is the best host someone can ask for. Such a polite and nice person. He gave us all the tourist information in order to make our stay pleasant. Would strongly recommend this accommodation.
