Your house is really beautiful ! The pool and all the the small gardens and places to rest ! We really enjoy this place 😀

But there is a problem with the noise : the house is noisy because we hear all what happen over the ceiling ! And the people in the other appartment are really noisy, walking heavylly on the floor, moving things on the floor... till 3 o clock this morning !!! I m angry when I can t sleep in hollidays... If we knew that before, we would have chosen an other place...

Really great value for your money. The 10 euro (per person) breakfast hand delivered in a big picnic basket at a time of your choice was excellent - full of fresh bread, jam, orange juice, coffee, scrambled eggs, deli meat and cheese! The place had everything we needed and the property & views were beautiful. Location is perfect if you have a vehicle since its towards the centre of the island, and the highway to the Northern coast is nearby. You're close to the capital city if Funchal, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The private parking lot is a great bonus.

Amazing cozy, yet spacious house! You can tell when someone's made the place with love, consideration and attention to detail. Fully equipped with all amenities. Lovely neighbourhood too, near the cute town of Ribiera Brava. Owners are very nice and helpful. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you :)

The little house was absolutely amazing with a beautiful view, pool and well maintained garden! It was a piece of oasis to relax. The house had everything what we needed. The owners were so kind and helpful. We will come back :)

Just be careful, there is really steep road- but this is everywhere in Madeira :) But there is a private parking, which was perfect :)

Amazing view overlooking the coast Real old familial property with a typical garden. They restaured one of the buildings to make 2 appartments for their guests and installed a pool. You need a car but they have a private parking for you (its rare) They live apart with discretion but are ready to help you (in English) !!! You need a smartphone with Google maps, its steep and not indicated on every rented car GPS ...

Everything, super well maintained, we could see the hosts love and care in it and it makes you feel like at home. Super well equipped and clean

Everything was amazing

It is convenient to go from this city to any point on the island. Very beautiful view of the ocean from the terrace. Large comfortable bed, kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine. Overall, the apartments are fully equipped for long-term stays. There is its own parking, which is very important on this island. The territory of the house is well-kept, everything is clean, the pool is also cleaned every day. There are hammocks. Very nice owners :) Special thanks to the owners for the wine, water and local pie upon arrival :)

Lack of sound insulation (if you are staying on the lower floor, be prepared to wake up with your neighbors above, because every step can be heard and everything in the room shakes because of them, you will need to adjust to your neighbors' schedule so that you go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time). There were always ants in my bathroom (in the sink, on the walls, on the towels), which is not surprising, because ants are just everywhere.
