The house has superb views and is in a very quiet location although you really need a car to stay here. The outdoor area was lovely and we had everything we needed during our stay, including a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning. The house has lots of character and has been updated sympathetically with all amenities, including a washing machine which was a bonus.

The place is beautiful with a huge terrace-garden. It's sweet and comfortable and you can see the ocean. It's really quiet, perfect to relax for a few days.

The host was very nice and helpful. This is a very well-kept property. The exterior is just amazing. The owners focus on the smallest details. Very nice spacious bathroom. Nice pool. Amazing sunset spot.

Just a few minor things to mention. The bed is very uncomfortable, but when traveling around Madeira I noticed that this is an island thing. Also, if you stay in a ground floor apartment, you can hear your upstairs neighbors quite well. Finally, you will hear a very high-pitched refrigerator in the apartment which can be annoying.
