Shower, bed, TV etc was perfect.

Considering I was there for four nights the room wasn't serviced.. Otherwise everything was fine.

Location was good (a few hills but manageable). Butter Chicken and Naan bread was really tasty. Very quiet area for those who want to sleep in. Staff were accommodating and welcoming. There is a boat that runs from Windsor to Maidenhead 2x a week. It's £24.50 and takes approximately 2 hours...its a lovely part of the Thames River parking through 2 locks. Cash bar only and commentary the whole way telling information about the places you see along the river. Amazing properties!!!

Dirty toilet, no A/C, they don't have even a fan

The first night upon arrival, the room to the door was ajar. Later in the early hours I discovered after using the toilet, it did not flush, which is totally unsanitary. The bed was broken. Basically this room should never have been used until it was brought up to standard. I tried to report it to a staff member, but the guest house was unattended. Later during the day, I tried several times to contact the guest house via the main telephone number, but to no avail. I then contacted Booking.com, and complained to them. Booking.Com also tried to contact the guest house, but with no response. I eventually managed to contact a member of staff and explained the situation to them. Upon my return to the guest house, I asked if the issues had been addressed, and the young man did not seem to understand. I requested he come visit the room with me. We were joined by an older gentleman whom I assumed was the manager. We all went to the room and I pointed out the toilet not flushing and the broken bed, which they both confirmed. They explained they could move me to a different room as they were full. Instead I had to wait in the restaurant, whilst they did the repairs. They did change the bed abd repaired the flush but told me gently gently when using the flush. This did not instill me with any confidence. I am disappointed with the whole situation. I have not (and should) receive some recompense for the night in a room that was paid for in advance, that was not up to or fit for purpose

There was one member of staff that was nice and welcoming

The main guy was a rude little man. Talking in his own toungue when spoke too by me the customer he did not think I could understand him when he was telling me I was drunk….. far from it I had worked 16 hour shift.
