It was good and comfortable,the rooms were beautiful and comfortable i enjoy my stay...And your staff woow they were calm, loveable

Can you please take care and clean outside,fix those beautifu chairs and broken things and make that outside look great & marvellous other than that everything was great

The bed wasn't comfortable

If they can change the number on Booking.com and put one for someone in the property maybe things would be a little easier

I was unhappy with the whole process. We called to make arrangements that we will arrive around 8 and it was ok. Around 7 we were at the location. Called 4 times no response. We waited at the gate in the dark as there was loadshedding and they have no back up. Taxi arrived were scared to wait in the dark with people we don't know. We left came back parked from afar the taxi. When the later opened for the taxi we managed to get in. We did not receive any apologies and were given a room. 10 min later woken by a knock to offer us a lamp. I just didn't like how unwelcoming and unopologetic they were about all this. In the morning we struggled to get an iron because the number on Booking.com belongs to someone not staying in the property so she also have to first struggle locating them

It's in a quiet area. I really enjoyed my stay there

I had to leave while I was still enjoying my stay

The swimming pool the rooms wooow the place is nice

Shame loadshedding in our country it's bad
