The dining area is lovely

Room only prepared after check in time No water in the room No bin in the room nor the bathroom No sufficient coffee and mugs There were cockroaches in our room I had to ask questions to find out where the dining areas were or who to call when we need something. There was supposed to be a back up generator Incase of loadshedding but it never kicked in and no one cared to explain what is going on.

We booked 7days before our holiday when we get the we are told the is no space coz the family of the owner occupied the rooms they came for a funeral we had to wait hours to get a place to sleep and the owner took us to another guesthouse for that night n he promised to compensate us with breakfast n ejoooo the workers served us dry breakfast eggs n cucumber then we left it n didnt eat .then the rooms was not easy to close curtains n the wardrobe doors whr sliding ones stucks whn u want to open nor close
