"Terrible"

The only funny thing was the outfit of the furnitures.

This apartmant was terrible. While there was 10 degrees outside, inside no heating. We had blankets without covers, so unhygenic. Not to mention the disgusting kitchen and bathroom. No hot water from the shower, just from sink with low pressure. We had free breakfast due to booking.com (for one room while we booked two). In the first run they denied it, but after showing the confirmation they provided for us. When I asked the price for the second room they said 800 LKR per person. I said okay (still so expensive comparing with the average Sri Lanka price) but five mins later they came thst the price is 1200. :D Then we didnt order it.

Hot water

The staff doesn't speak English, they didn't know how to respond to anything. The house was very old and very dirty. With the same key you can open the doors of all the rooms. Everything was very dirty, the towels, the sheets, the cushions… one of them with gum stuck to it. Any noise is heard a lot, it was raining and it seemed that the house was going to break down.

Rooms were spacious but becoming bit dated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is close to Lake Gregory and you can find a restaurant within 5 mins of walk. Got parking on premise.

Having a room heater and a in-room TV would be nice.
