A week before stay, they contacted me through whatsapp and said that they have a maintainance work on my booking date and asked me to cancek the booking. When I asked to messege me through booking app, they refused to do it. Then after few hours, they came with another story that there is a water cut in that area. If there is a watercut, we will be announced only 2 days prior. That looked suspicious. Then I actually booked another room from another platform on that day and I went to lady horton banglow to check if they are lying or not. I found out that they have given the entire villa to someone for few days for higher price. Thats why they asked me to cancel the booking. Since I am a bike traveller, I could not accept this matter.

It was clean, had hot watter, owner was pleasant and helpfull

Breakfast was very simple and small and wifi in upstairs rooms do not work that great

I went to this place on 2023.11.18. The location is excellent.

This house has a lot of character but not done a repair for a long time and because of that the place was not appealing. Walls are moldy. No WIFI. No heater. No lake view from room. Theses are mentioned as included in Booking.com. We had to ask for towels. No toiletries and toilet papers; only one piece of soap provided. Room was not clean. Hair in the bath tub. Two pieces of used soap were in random places. Also bathtub not useable because it does not have a plug. Hotel told us bath can not used because there was insufficient hot water. House rules (a notice in the room) says alcohol and Pork is not allowed. Breakfast was included but we didn't stay for breakfast.
