Lady Horton Bungalow

A mothballed dollhouse being renovated. Looked abandoned. Lovely sunny gardens and lake glimpses. Surprisingly decent water pressure. Bonus mezzanine bedroom and sitting area. Quaint.

Remote location. Book your travel out. Received towels at 8pm.. Gate gets locked at 10pm. Bath in listing. No bath. Tv has a makeshift antenna poked in and attached to the lamp. Thin walls

Family room available, person in charge very kind

No drinking water except hot water. Room was ok but common areas were dirty. Windows probably not cleaned for the last 5 years and the plastic on the dining table was not appealing. Very low network

The rooms were average and the caretaker was a nice person. Even though the place is a bit untidy and not that clean and ill maintained, he made us feel comfortable and tried to provide whatever we needed, including a room heater.

The rooms were average, there was no breakfast, though the lone caretaker provided us tea which was vey kind of him. The doors of the washroom and even the rooms did not close properly and made constant squeaky sounds which was rather irritating. Location wise its not that great compared to many other places. It's a bit of a climb and narrow lanes to navigate to reach the place. Though, the view from the place is not bad.

Nice quiet place to spend a holiday. Beds were comfortable and caretaker was very nice and friendly

The house needs a renovation. It’s looks like an abandoned home because of not being maintained properly. Bathroom shower has the lowest water pressure

Very beautiful bungalow made on 2 floors with recreation lounges on both floors, huge dining area, kitchen and refrigerator facilities and lush green lawn all around the bungalow and some appealing views of the lake gregory and good place to just sit and enjoy.

Bath tub was not 100% functional
