"Just what we needed 👍🏻"

Room was for myself my grown 2 sons and my son in law. We wanted somewhere to stay before we went into London for a concert. This place was great value for money. It was a great location for the tube into London from Epping.

Room could have done with curtains rather than blinds. But that was a very minor issue.

Owners were super friendly and helpful right from the point we booked. Beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and the location was perfect for what we needed it for (to use as a base with easy access to Epping station).
