Convenient location for the golf course we needed to be near to. Lovely and quiet, very clean and had everything we needed really.

It is a drive to get food, though we did use Uber eats pizzas. We made porridge in room as had to be somewhere early, could have done with two teaspoons but not a deal breaker!

The room was clean and comfortable. It had coffee and tea, tv, a desk, and en-suite shower. The host was really nice and accommodating.

Tony was a welcoming host who has done as excellent job converting a traditional pub into holiday rooms. Clean and comfortable with off street parking. Well positioned with easy access to main roads.

Very welcoming owner , room was nicer than I thought , an old pub bar with 4 single beds (room 3) 2 beds each side of a wall partition which gave some privacy as staying with my teenager son. Nice shower, very clean , free parking . Marked down slightly as we had some road noise in the morning as the room is the closest room to the minor road outside. I imagine the other rooms were less noisy as they were away from the road. Very nice bedding, pillows new and comfy as was the mattress.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. We shall certainly go back next time we visit our relatives in Chingford.

It would have been nice if they did breakfast but the gentleman gave us a lift to a nearby pub which did a superb breakfast
