Good Intent Rooms

Excellent room. We only stayed 1 night.

Well organised room-only residence with clean modern rooms in good condition.

A little scruffy exterior in a not-very-interesting location. Some road noise.

Lovely spacious room with very comfortable beds. Clean room but found 2 spiders Lovey park can be seen from the window

Everything. It was clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a long day.

The location was beautiful and peaceful. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The bed was huge and so comfortable, the bedding was top quality. The room although not huge it was perfectly comfortable, there was a wardrobe, desk with a kettle, tea, coffee etc, side tables at each side of the bed with lamps, a TV on the wall. The bathroom was also perfect, toilet, sink and shower, towels and soap and shower gel provided all very new. The whole room was immaculately clean with a lovely view of the beautiful garden. There was plenty of parking too. I can’t say how lovely the place was

There is nothing not to like

Functional and clean.

The accommodation isn't clearly marked on the roadside. This proved to be quite difficult in the dark. The kettle in the room wasn't clean and contained some brown sediment.
