"Liked Waltham Abbey & surrounding areas"

Lovely bright large room . Made v welcome by Tony our host . All bases covered except for a hair dryer. A real treat to have clean towels everyday . The room was spotless as was the bed linen. Lots of parking space in the car park attached to the property

Only one window opened directly onto road & M25, it was like trying to sleep in the middle of a race track. Personally I would have liked pillows that weren’t so flat and more air in the room (was in the heat wave) as vehicle noise 24/7 , pillows & lack of air made sleeping v difficult

Great room, nice and comfortable with everything that you need. Owner met me at the door, showed me to my room explained everything that is needed to know. Full list of contacts in the room if any problems arise.

Free car parking was available, and the room was easy to access using a key safe. It was clean and tidy, with a pleasant toilet and shower room. The tea and coffee-making facilities were good. Overall, a very relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Close to the venue we were attending , parking was good

Definitely needed a fan, it was so hot couldn’t sleep, thought it was a lot of money for the room as very basic and dated.
