Ban Ing Suan

Hands down a hidden gem in Bangkok. Beautiful rooms surrounded by beautiful gardens. They have a small café that serves Thai food and is reasonably priced and taste amazing. The green tea is a must try. The rooms are beautiful and look out into the beautiful pound and garden, which they have 2 geese and large fish to feed. Water pressure is good and so is the hot water. The staff is amazing, the best staff in all Bangkok. The most welcoming and kindly folks you will ever meet. Just say this place is now on my favorite places to stay. Oh the airport is 15 minutes away.

The rooms are so comfortable and well equiped. The garden is a little paradise in Bangkok. Host are perfect, take care of you, and no nice.

The kindness of the lady and her daughter, and the fact that I could actually communicate with her. Her English is perfect, and she uses WhatsApp, so we were able to inform each other of several things. Proximity to the airport, which is why I chose it. The flexibility of the lady. She allowed for a late check out, which was really nice for me. I could relax and rest before starting my long journey back home. Thank you for that.

The cleaning. The place is really beautiful and has a lot of potential, but they should get rid of the shower curtain (dirty and smelly - did not touch it) and all the carpets for starters. Carpets are clearly only vacuumed, never washed. So a clean floor would be better. Sheets are also dubious... They were washed but the appearance is always of not clean. Basically, it doesn't feel clean. It's a pity.

Relatively close to the airport, nice promenade and thevancient city. You can feel real Thailand there. Very nice staff and kids facilities

The location was perfect, a lovely green oasis on the outskirts of Bangkok but only 15 minutes from the airport. The area was peaceful and quiet with an abundance of wildlife and lovely areas to walk around. The food was excellent and brought to your room balcony. The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. The aircon was quiet and effective, much needed in the heat! The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Can definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to be in the city but still within a short taxi ride away if you want to visit for the day.

Nothing, it suites our needs perfectly!

The staff was beyond amazing! We missed our flight to samui so we booked here for one night. The staff was so friendly and accomodating. Thank you very very much. The girls also loved the gardens/feeding the fish etc. We had to take a taxi in the middle of the night and they were there to help us. Thank you for everything.
