"Just what we needed at the time."

New furnishings and fittings.

Some features were cramped/badly positioned. The rad in the b’room clashed with the door and my head cast a shadow on the bathroom mirror.

"Nice well positioned Guest House"

Well positioned but quiet, immaculately clean, easy access, facilities excellent bed very comfortable with a nice hospitality tray and very easy to park outside, which was a massive plus!

Decor was all grey some colour would be nice . On the expensive side for a Saturday night without breakfast.

Location is great very clean. Easy to access without a reception. Biscuits and tea in every room. High quality bedding and towels. Perfect sized tv

Room a little small no option for a twin instead of a double. No hot water on an evening.
