"Not tourist friendly. Too many stairs, no view, just a clean room. Very disappointing"

The stairs! No view! Room layout could have avoided the pitched ceiling. Very dark as you couldn’t open the curtains. Couldn’t sit in chairs without hitting heads on getting up???? Very disappointing

"Overall, we had a lovely stay and we’d be happy to stay here again."

The location was 15 minutes away from the Windermere lake by walking. The nearest bus stop was 2 minutes away which was helpful to get to the lake (5 minutes) and the railway station (5 minutes). The property manager (Carla) was quite responsive and she ensured we had a hassle free stay. The room was very well maintained with all the necessary amenities included.

Room 1 did not have a door in the washroom which was bit of a shock.
