Freindly staff, cleanliness excellent, LOCATION PERFECT, FREE PARKING

Prefer a Bath to an excellent shower. Breakfast whilst good, would prefer more choice .

Staff were amazing. Best stay at clacton ever. So clean and breakfast was to die for. I can’t say enough

The room was exceptionally clean and kept that way throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent and more than ample. We were extremely well looked after by the owner and her daughter. Nothing was too much trouble.

"Lovely place"

Super clean and the Ladies couldn't be nicer. Room was really nice good shower comfy bed and a nice view. Amazing value for money and would definitely stay again 100%. Breakfast was also nice.

Only small bit of feedback would be that the Kettle needs descaling.
