Been all over the country in the last 5 years and this hotel /BB is the best by far . Clearness is best around breakfast 💯 and I wish I needed to go.to Clacton more often wouldn't stay any were else . AMAZING 🤩

"Perfect Clacton Guest house"

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived how modern and comfortable it was for such a historic building. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated throughout which is testament to the current owners. The location was absolutely perfect being close enough to all of the facilities that Clacton offers, but far enough away not to be bothered by any noise from pubs and clubs. The staff were both extremely accommodating and very pleasant and nothing seemed like to much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. Overall an extremely enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was lovely, hosts were very attentive and friendly. The room was very clean, the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in! Great location, easy to find with an easy walk to everything you could want in Clacton.
