Everything. From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Janette has thought of everything. Great outdoor areas, comfortable beds, great bed linen and towels and even nice toiletries.

"Amazing stay"

The property was perfect for exploring the nw Wainwrights. Everything I needed was at the property and the owner left me some goodies which I really appreciated

"Very highly recommended with good road links to all of the Lake District"

Five Star Accommodation, spotlessly clean, spacious and warm throughout. Large comfortable bed, quality bedding. Excellent bathroom, large walk-in shower. Janette works hard to ensure her guests are happy, very professional and a lovely lady. Highly recommended we would stay again.
