Just an amazing place ..

There is NOTHING we did not like ..

This was a 2-bed 2-bath unit with a living area and kitchen in the middle between the two rooms, which is a great layout for privacy. The unit is well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and each have an external door directly onto the veranda. There are books to read, tv, etc. A real home away from home. You actually feel like you WANT to spend time in the accommodation. The finishes are modern and the unit was very clean and well maintained. There is a braai facility outside not exactly on the verandah, but off to the side. In good weather this would be great, but was not usable in rainy weather. It didn't matter, but just be aware. The view over the ocean is unsurpassed and unobstructed. There are even binoculars for guests' use, which is nice extra touch.

Nothing. Everything was great. None of the telephone numbers in the booking confirmation worked so it would be nice to receive the correct contact number as well as the street number upfront and not only on check-in day when one is travelling and can't always access email. Be aware that there is a flight of rather steep stairs down from street level where your car parks to the unit. If you have impaired mobility it could be a problem carrying all your belongings up and down.

Location

Spectacular sea view from our bed and from sitting in the little lounge area. Own balcony was great. Weather was freezing cold that weekend but we had plenty blankets to keep us warm. Room had everything we needed, even milk in the fridge for our coffee. Host was super friendly.

Possibly consider putting a small safe in the room.
