Captain Sunshine Guest House

We loved the balcony overlooking a picturesque view of the sea. We sat out on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrise - it was magical. I loved baths myself and there were seriously nice baths in the place! My partner said he loved the shower and water pressure of it - it’s the little thing.

Only thing I would say is that there was no indoor fireplace. But it didn’t take away from our stay at all, just coz it was really cold and indoor fireplace would’ve been so delightful! And the stove/oven is a little finicky and be sure to pack oil for cooking :)

The view is amazing from the room, and the setup is fantastic

Beautiful house with beautiful view

Everything was absolutely superb. The guesthouse was clean and cosy. The items needed for everyday use was carefully and meticulously thought out and supplied. The view of the ocean through the bedroom windows were breathtaking. The bathrooms are amazing. Everything about Captain Sunshine is exceptional. Gerhardt is an amazing and friendly host. I will definitely be back.

Relaxed and friendly host, amazing views everywhere around. Cozy decorating with different seating options. Small equipped kitchen with welcoming coffee and tea with rusks. Safe parking on the premises. Good wifi. Absolutely a place to stay longer than just a night. We will return whenever we can.

Leaving this place we didn’t like.😉
