Not much to like, when you book a room at the back, all you have is your room with no outdoor area to sit or relax.

- no value for money - bathroom extremely dirty with trash from previous guests, hair all over the floor entangled with hair bunnies, toilet dirty with stains that came off wiping it (so it hadn’t been cleaned) - door didn’t close - window didn’t close - not welcoming - check-in was very weird and uncomfortable, she put her dirty phone on my open bed (where I would put my face) and asked me to scan a QR code to check in, very limited bad English, difficult to understand and not welcoming (no welcome drink, nothing) - the way to the hotel is horrible with piles of garbage - lights in the room didn’t work - the room was dusty and the bed sheets were stained - the shower didn’t drain - there is no vibe, so you don’t feel like staying at the hotel - there is no outdoor seating or table available for guests who book the room in the back - no one uses the lounge chair as the beach is not very inviting (other guests told me to be careful as they found syringes in the sand), the lounge chair have no table either so you don’t know where to put your coffee or anything - I asked if I could cancel at least part of my trip due to all the faults of the room (wanted to cancel 3 nights out of 4) and management rudely refused - very rude management (feels like robbers/scammers) denying everything though I sent pictures and videos and accusing me of harassing them when I sent them the photos of all the dirt (absurd!) asking for a solution - more expensive than all neighboring competitors for absolutely no good reason (the hotels, with a lower rate offer a pool, common areas, breakfast included, etc., while this one, at a premium offers absolutely nothing other than a room where you can’t even sit outside) - I also don’t recommend staying on this beach as Lembongan has much nicer beaches towards the mangrove point (Pantai Mahagiri), mushroom bay, coconut beach etc.

Good location right on the beach and very comfortable bed

Our water stopped working (toilet flush, shower, and sink). We reported the issue around 4pm and were told it was being fixed, but when we returned later that evening it still hadn’t been resolved. As we were travelling with a sleeping baby, we couldn’t have anyone come to repair it overnight and had to go without water until the following morning (we had no water for around 18 hours in total). Nomad Holidays offered only a small compensation, which didn’t reflect the level of inconvenience, and the issue was poorly managed by the site manager. The kettle in our room didn’t work properly - it kept boiling continuously and never switched off, which could be a fire hazard. There was also a drinking water tower placed in our room, but it was broken and leaked all over the floor. It was removed after a few days, and we were provided with bottled water instead. Additionally, the doors have large gaps allowing insects to enter - not ideal in a country with mosquito-borne diseases, especially when travelling with a baby. The beds are also very high, which could be difficult for shorter guests or anyone with mobility issues.

Ragazzi, è da favola! Proprio fronte mare, esci dalla stanza e hai inpiedi nella sabbia! Camera arredata con molto gusto e cura, letto e lenzuola comodi. Kayak, sup e lettini a disposizione. Proprietaria molto dispinibile! Fanno servizio di lavanderia anche e aiuta ad organizzare uscite in mare, snorkeling etc. Posti da fare colazione e mangiare a 2 passi. Non ci tornerei... ci vivrei!! Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo!

I really enjoyed beeing so close to the water, view was amazing and veranda aswell.

The air conditioning didn't work well, got alot of bites from bed bugs.

Le personnel est très disponible, serviable et de très bons conseils. L'emplacement est idéal. Pour être directement sur la plage, c'est très calme. L'intérieur comme l'extérieur sont très bien entretenus et la décoration est de très bon goût. Un endroit que nous avons beaucoup apprécié pour finir notre logement à Bali 🙂 Nous avons d'ailleurs prolongé d'une nuit ! Encore merci à toute l'équipe 🙏🏼

Este es el mejor hotel que me he encontrado por mi paso en Bali es maravilloso hay unas vibes superpositivas y te relaja muchísimo estar en este hotel. De los hoteles que habían alrededor sin duda es el mejor
