Location was great. Staff super helpful

The location was really great!!! Close to everything, very walkable and the place was right in the center.

They charge 3% credit card fees. Also, whenever I even ate at their restaurant, they charged 3% credit card fees every time which was annoying considering other restaurants, cafes, bars, don’t charge the credit card fees.

Locatiom was great, walkable distance to all things important.

Place isnt clean, curtains were gross, pillows were mouldy, kettles were not working and super dirty.

The value for money is outstanding. The accommodation is basic, but it is fulfilling all your needs. You might need earplugs if you light sleeper as there is road nearby and live music. However, the place is close to everything. About 3 minutes walk to a beautiful beach and restaurants on your doorstep.

It could be cleaner, but it was not a big issue for us. And nit much room to unpack, but again we managed just well.

In room 2 aircon not working properly and shower cold. In room 4 sockets hanging off the wall and shower cold.

The door didn’t shut properly, shower head was broken and our room did not get cleaned. When we told the staff our room was not cleaned they said we have to ask for it to be cleaned but it was never explained at check in. We had to ask 3 times in one day just to get some more toilet paper and fresh towels and each time they told us they would leave them outside our room and didn’t.

The staff is really friendly and will help you with anything you need. The cocktails are great and the room is basic but has everthing you need!

The Tiki Bar is a modest collection of Balinese style villas with a few western mods to keep us all happy. We were all so super happy with the staff and their attention to us. Such a great vibe, this isn’t high end accommodation but its certainly high end value for money. Great location, walked there from our Ferry drop off at Jungut Batu and walked to just about everything else we wanted to do. The staff are very attentive but not imposing and a great young bunch of people.
