Dommage qu il n’y est pas de réception tout ce fait par whatapp, même si le représentant est dispo cela peut prendre du temps si vous voulez quelque chose rapidement

Pre arrival organisation of Transfer to island

Jan 26 we booked 4 of the poolside luxury villas for a family reunion via booking.com. The payment protocol was pay property direct on arrival just under £1000 for 4 nights. The hotel stated they only have 8 villas and we were overjoyed we had secured 4 of them In march my phone number had been leaked by by some one in Nusa Lembongan as I received a suspicious whatsapp message purporting to be from the property asking for all my bank details to confirm the booking. I Contacted hotel direct who confirmed this was a scam. The hotel was helpful prior to my arrival arranging ferry tickets and a pick up from the port. Arrived at hotel and paid the property via card over £900 the villa price secured by Booking.com. We were then shown to not the luxury villas we booked, but 4 standard rooms in a site next door. The present day price of these rooms is considerably cheaper than what we had just paid. These rooms transpired to be the ground floor of a 3 story block which was under construction. We raised our concerns and were told these were the luxury rooms we booked, rookie error did not screen shot rooms at point of booking. At 08.30 the construction above then started and the noise was unbearable with drilling and jackhammers. After getting up and going outside we were hit with a strong smell of solvents and chemicals We raised our concerns with the property about the noise and heath and safety of moving about under a construction site . We were offered a refund either by bank transfer or cash I gave my account details and then started to look for alternate accommodation. Not an easy thing for 7 people on a small island. After we left I received notification that the property had listed us as a no show booking to booking.com, We were then contacted by the property and told we could not have a bank transfer we could only have Indonesian cash which I declined After involving customer service got a refund

Super fint och mysigt hotell med pool precis utanför dörren till rummet med egen liten terrass. Personalen på hotellet var super trevlig och restaurangen på hotellet hade bra mat, dryck och drinkar. Finns restauranger i närheten men vi åt faktiskt nästan alla våra luncher / middagar på hotellet. Vi stannade också bara 2 nätter, hade absolut kunnat vara där 1 vecka.

Om man ska klaga på något så hade det kunnat finnas krokar och liknande i badrummet, är så enkelt att fixa så att det inte finns till handdukarna är lite konstigt. Sedan var personalen på restaurangen så trevliga men var speciellt en tjej som var super dålig på engelska. Vi trodde att hon var bra på engelska för hon pratade som att hon förstod oss och svarade på engelska men våra beställningar blev alltid fel på restaurangen. Vi beställde 2 pizzor och 1 öl men fick 1 pizza och 2 öl. Sedan var det liknande händelser när vi beställde 2 olika glass men fick 1 och sånt…

The staff were really nice and attentive and the pool area is nice.

There is construction going on at the moment so if you stay in one of the rooms at the back your view is of the construction site.

Great location , clean spacious rooms , beautiful gardens & staff that could not do enough to assist us . Pool areas are average .

Staff were welcoming and lovely! Very prompt with service and facilitating any issues we had. Mitha and her team were great. Room was cleaned daily, AC was great.
