Staff - Rebecca was friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us or the venue.

The w/Cs were a tight fit.

Lovely cosy homely room and a very warm welcome. A great place in a really good location. Very thoughtful touches in the room and amazing breakfasts.

Very spacious and homely

Lovely room, tastefully furnished in perfect location near sea and amenities. Little extras - bottle of water, cookies, selection of teas.

Milk had to be brought up from kitchen and no fridge in room to keep it cool/fresh. Perhaps milk pods in room would be solution.

Beautiful period house with a warm welcome from Rebecca. My room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, especially the home made chocolate banana cake! Would stay again

Room was cold on arrival but this was quickly remedied without us even needing to ask.

The breakfast was delicious, the service was amazing, the room and entire place was spotless. The This is the place to stay - absolutely Epic. Don't hesitate to book a room.

Rebecca is a friendly & helpful host. The breakfast was superb, definitely the best cooked breakfast I’ve had in a B&B! The facilities were very clean, and had a good homely feel. Great location close to the esplanade in Whitley Bay
