The setup

The towels are not clean and have sterns

Staff only. Nothing else

Everything. The pics were clearly from 10 years ago. I booked this for a newly married couple. What a DISGRACE. There was mould in the shower. It’s as if it’s a hostel. There was no electricity on the first night. They left on Saturday. Never got refunded for the one night they never stayed but it’s fine if the money is used for some maintenance??

Other guests were fighting throughout the the whole night,and making noise.

The property is too old, it needs renovations

This was my third time there, the first time was about 11 years ago, I can see the bedding and towels are old, and here and there needs a bit of attention. The staff was great..

Nothing to be honest it’s pretty old

everything there was no hot water, loadshedding the towels are dirty and so were the bathrooms and mind you it’s not like it’s not cleaned it’s basically just old and unkept

The place is beautiful 😍

More food must be added to the menu at the restaurant. The place doesn't have the braai area and add on kitchen utensils e.g microwave, plates for warming up the food

The friendliness of the staff and the spar massage.
