The venue is nyc situated at a nyc place

Place was not clean and no water. Air-conditioning not working well and towels not clean with torn towels. ⁡

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. Jolene, the spa lady was amazing!!! She has magic hands, so kind, I LOVED her.

The pool wasn't heated. The staff, when getting there in the morning, would move beach benches together for their breakfast, and be loud. 1day before my check out, I checked out, it was like the owners weren't there.it was a party. Music super loud, staff super loud, relaxing. Couldn't hear my TV. I checked out. A day early. Oh and don't trust very limited menu. I ordered 500g ribs. I got 4 ribs. TRUST JOYLENE the spa lady,, amazing room service and spa treatments. She is beautiful

"I think the place was abit expensive considering the fact that breakfast wasn’t catered for.."

The pool area

The water would be cold and hot water will be seen when flushing the toilet.. the towels are hard, not sure if a softener is used..
