Very disappointing stay. On arrival, the property looked run down and poorly maintained, to the point where we questioned whether it was still operational. There is no reception, and after repeatedly using the buzzer and calling the listed number multiple times, we eventually gained access through a garage because the staff member did not have the gate key. Empty beer bottles were visible in the common areas. We were given a different room from what we booked and paid for (Queen instead of King), with no meaningful resolution offered despite it being a one-night stay. Although the property advertises free WiFi, it was not working on arrival. No assistance was provided despite follow-up calls and waiting for over an hour. While the WiFi later connected, the TV buffered continuously and was unusable, which was a major issue for me. Security was also a concern: the garage parking does not lock, there is no visible security, and the area is poorly lit. The condition of the property does not match the photos on Booking.com. Overall, the stay fell far below expectations in terms of accuracy, service, comfort, and safety. I would not recommend this guesthouse.
