The staff was very friendly and she was checking on us that we are still good

We couldn't watch the TV.. the remote was not working..and their wifi signal is very slow also we couldn't watch even Netflix or dstv stream I think they must upgrade to 5g.i ended up using my f Phone because the TV is on but u can't watch anything

The lady that assisted us was friendly

The toilet wasn't flushing and was loose tapes on one basin wasn't working the basin cupboard was full of molded.the aircon wasn't working wifi was none existent.there is no view like they say the building out side looks terable electric fence damage .

Location to town.

The seperate toilet was a problem, should be advertised as having to walk through a common area to get to toilet. The place needs an upgrade and is quite badly maintained. Towels stained. Aircon stopped working. Roads getting in and out are terrible. View of the dam has a heap of trash infront.

The premises need an upgrade.

The room that didn't have windows, stuffy, no air circulation so the room is not nice

Anah gave us a great service, she was always around when we needed her

It was a bit difficult to get hold of the owner when we arrived,we found the place with no electricity, but Annah assured us that as soon as she gets hold of him,we will be sorted. Again, the place needs a facelift, paint, especially on the deck, and more lights upstairs. The only best thing was the service we received from the lady
