The view

The room we booked had a strong mould smell, and there were spiders in the room. It was very unpleasant and quite scary, to the point that we had to book another hotel in Pretoria for the night. The following day, we requested a room change, but we only received a different room on the last night of our stay. This was very disappointing and affected our overall experience.
