Very clean, a microwave and a fridge was in the room.

The staff were very unhelpful. I had an issue with the WiFi and asked for assistance, I was promised they would speak to the owners and get back to me. Nobody ever got back to me. Because of the lack of interest in their guests needs I have rated very low, mostly because I was made an empty promise. Pillows were quite cheap feeling, and the toilet didn't flush properly, had to be flushed 5 times just to flush tissue away.

Room was in a good location next to a pub that did very good food. The room was quiet and very close to the beach. Also a pleasant walk along the seafront into town would take 20 to 30 Mins.

The bed was very hard which I find uncomfortable I would recomend a bed topper.

The flat was small, and it indicated there was toiletries but there wasn't. Tescos was close by to get them. There was no room to move around and the cupboards has personal items in them so we couldn't store our luggage in them.

The location is fantastic right near the sea front.

we were quite frankly disappointed but made the best of the situation. Expect to Not be able to stand up without banging your heads especially on the toilet and I’m only 5”4!!!. Not being able to leave any blinds open for fear of being seen from the road or from the skylight or door as the other apartment could can see into them. there was no kitchen for the self catering. The toilet barely flushes. The water pressure is poor and not hot. The sink provided is a hand sink not a basin and can’t even fill the kettle up, how this is self catering I do not know. The fridge had no door shelf so couldn’t even stand milk in it! And yes they provided a microwave but with such low sides you have to kneel to use them. The tv is tiny and poorly placed. The bed is extremely old and I’m frightened it’s going to break with the amount of creaking it is doing. We kept banging our heads on the angled ceiling. There isn’t room to swing a cat in here and the pictures advertising this place was clearly of the other apartment so was falsely advertised!! (That has now been changed only after our complaint and refund!) - book this knowing about these issues as the pictures don’t show it nor do other reviews

Location close to Beachy Head and The Pilot. Ease of access to bus route 3 and 3a. Comfy bed, easy to sleep.

Bit noisy as opposite a pub.
