It was the best possible location in mukteshwar, 2 mins from Chauli ki Jaali. Staff was extremely polite and very helpful. Rooms were very clean, very hygienic. Absolute delight

Some items in the menu were not available. although not a big deal.

The location of the property is excellent and the staff are nice and cooperative as well. The views from the property itself is mind blowing and is extremely close to the Mukteshwar temple for the religiously inclined which can be accessed through sparingly used mountain trails. The zero point view of Mukteshwar is within a walking by distance of 500 metres. All this without any of the commotion associated with a busy tourist location. The resort staff prepared bonfires for us in bitingly cold and even rainy nights. The food available in the resort, although limited in choice is generally very tasty.

The property could probably invest in a few additional modern amenities like a barbecue, better room heaters, revitalise the menu to and ensure availability of most of the items (although that is more a function of the weather conditions) and maybe a generator (instead of an inverter) as the region is plagued by frequent power disruptions. The staff while being excellent in providing the services requested for can be a bit more proactive (like filling water bottles in rooms) to make the place a 10/10 experience. The access road is extremely busy and encounters huge traffic jams and probably the same can be intimated to the Customers upfront to plan better.

Everything! Thoughtfulness with which rooms are designed, staff service, food was great. And location is ultimate great thing. Sunset point & mukteshwar dham both are just nearby.amazing place

The decor was pretty nice, food was pretty good and it was a cozy stay under chauli ki jaali, temple was a 10 minutes walk from the property, Loved our stay.Highly recommended

Very close to Sun Rise , Sun Set points and the Mukteshwar Mahadev Temple. Food was awesome. Staffs were giving amazing service.

Approach to Home Stay needs improvement.

Loved the location, the room, the aesthetics of the place and the view. It's very close to the Mukteshwar temple, walking distance and their cold coffee is particularly amazing!

The staff could have been more cordial, while Vishal (the manager) was helpful, the other staff members could have been more accommodating, friendly and courteous in their tone.
