Everything was perfect .. Great room great shower ....great kitchen facilities. Sanjar the owner speaks perfect English and is a font of knowledge., with loads of great recommendations..

Nothing ....everything was brilliant

Отличное местоположение, большой номер с приятным оформлением. Гостеприимный хозяин, подскажет места для посещений. Хорошее постельное бельё, регулярная смена полотенец, хорошая мебель. Отличный двор. Есть кухня. Описание и фото номеров, кухни, дворика на сайте соответствуют. Спасибо за комфортное размещение!

The host and his fascinating collections. He also spoke fluent English which was a bonus. Helpfulness in giving us a well labelled map to help us find our way round. The room was comfortable, thoughtfully set up with reading lights, bedside tables, shower hooked to the wall ( unusual in other Uzbek guest houses!), art on the walls. It was spotless The spacious courtyard with seating areas. The dining room and kitchen. Convenient location 10-14 minute walk to main sites Can't fault it. Thought I'd miss breakfast, but you can make tea, buy local bread, honey, fruit, cheese etc from local small grocers.

Exceptionally stylish place, the owner definitely has a taste for decoration and a heart for collecting vintage items. Everything super comfortable, nice common areas (in the courtyard and common kitchen). Great location (though in front is a huge (re)construction going on, you don’t hear anything).

A bit pricey for the local standard. Breakfast could be a nice add on for the price that you pay. The room door is slightly seen-through so you will end up having your curtains closed all the time if you want some privacy.

Вот уж воистину гостевой дом. Очаровал с первого взгляда. Закрытый двор создаёт ощущение уюта и спокойствия. Расположен отель в шаговой доступности от главных достопримечательностей, но при этом в тишине и неком уединении. Номер достаточно большой и очень комфортный. Очень стильный и колоритный интерьер. Я особенно оценила удобство кровати и качество постельного белья, что для меня всегда в приоритете. Так же все прочие удобства, включая сантехнику, работали безупречно. Завтраки не предлагались, что давало мне свободу в планировании своих утренних ритуалов. Если вы ищете уютное место для отдыха, этот гестхаус — отличный выбор!

Sanjar is an exceptional host! Communication with him was excellent and prompt - from the moment we made the reservation to the moment he called a taxi for us and helped with backpacks. The area is quiet, the place is uniquely decorated, and the both rooms were clean and comfy. We had the best sleep ever (enjoying great firm mattresses)! It was an amazing stay, and we would be happy to return! Thank you for hosting us!
