Sanjar is an excellent host, so much more than just a room he made me feel welcome and was intelligent and thoughtful regards my questions and general situation (i.e traveling without much of an idea!). 10/10, and I look forward to coming back with my partner one day, a week is enough to explore the wonderful culture and people.

This is one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed in. This place is like a museum with artifacts from the Russian empire to the USSR, and books, books, books. We absolutely loved staying here and talking to the owner, Sanjar, a very knowledgeable and pleasant man

Excellent location. It's easy for walking to most landmarks. The host tried his best to make your living more comfortable. He is good to talking to, in language and in his attitude.

I would like it better if there's drinking water in the kitchen.
