"A lovely stay"

The rooms were spacious and spotless. The mini bar was a nice touch. Good quality bedding and towels. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The shelf that had the TV on stuck out a little, my husband cut his head on it when retrieving something from the shelf below.

Great location, very clean, with great facilities including free parking. Loved the complementary biscuits, juice, tea and coffee, water, and sweets. Bed comfy. Staff were fantastic.

Not much soundproofing between rooms as doors are very close.

Staff, especially Nick, were very friendly providing a very efficient and informative check-in plus help throughout the stay. The room was excellent - comfortable bed, great shower and very clean. The usual complimentary tea and coffee were supplemented with a small bottle of wine and cake. Lovely additions! An enjoyable breakfast in the cafe completed a good stay. The view of the iron bridge from bedroom wondow was certainly worth the little extra cost!

The breakfast was very tasty and my low fat request was well met. All staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.The bedrooms were clean and welcoming.

No criticisms at all.

Fantastic location clean and spacious room

Observation really not didn't like Back entrance stairs steep steps, right by the back door On previous visit there was a gate to stop people falling this is a must that needs replacing before an accident happens
