Excellent breakfast room was very nice

The location and room were superb . The breakfasts were delicious 😋 I especially liked the way they welcome you on arrival from helping you with your luggage up to your room And showing you everything in the room from the complimentary red & white wine and fresh milk in a jug in the fridge, and not sachets 👍 And you could charge phones, etc, from charge points in the bedside lights, which I was really impressed with

Breakfast are very very good. Staff all so friendly.

The room I was in had no heating and towel rail was not working. Soon as it was mentioned the next morning it was fixed immediately.

The staff were helpful and thoughtful. Sam was very helpful and even though very busy found time for us. All the staff were working hard. The location is alongside the Ironbridge. Our rooms were comfortable, well appointed and clean. Parking arrangements also thoughtful. Breakfast was first rate. Great place to stay.

Excellent service from staff ,good location, very clean

We stayed in the furnace room . The room was quite small window catch was broken , wet patch on the carpet . Room was dark ,view on on to a wall. Very noisy from kitchen below and noise from the room above .
