Sitio bonito, habitación suficiente, con terraza , cocina amplia y equipada.

Falta un armario en el cuarto. Cama un poco incomoda. Es mas estilo albergue ya que no había servicio de limpieza

Not worth the money. The shower and AC did not work.

The price was definitely more affordable than most other options in Ponta Delgada.

The listing was misleading — it said the room had a private bathroom, but it was located outside the room and that was never mentioned. The kitchen is too small for the number of guests, Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no cleaning or trash removal during our 5-day stay. Also, the “free parking” is just public street parking, and we often had to park far away.

the courtyard is the best place in the property.

STINKY!!!!! i believe the wall is invaded by mold, which is causing a very strong musty smell. Even after we kept the windows open for the entire afternoon to ventilate, as the host told us to, the room still smelled heavily of mold when we returned in the evening. the host replied the next day and ask their members to try to fix it but it didn’t work. although they are kindly to ask us to cancel the room and will refund the rest of the days, but we didn’t since it’s too waste of time. i’m aware of the humility, but i think the host should manage the mold problem before rent the room out again. ( i’m not sure if other rooms have the same problem) the mold not only causes strong smell but also bad to the health.

Easy check-in and check-out. Good communication. We had issues with the Wi-Fi from the very beginning. We informed the host, who was very helpful and placed a Wi-Fi repeater in our room. From then on, there were no problems

We spent a week at this accommodation, and it wasn’t ideal: - the room had a very unpleasant smell — musty, like a basement — and nothing helped get rid of it - the air was so damp that even the towels wouldn’t dry - throughout the entire week, there were no towel or bed linen changes, which was quite uncomfortable given the smell - there was no cleaning service either - the mattress was uncomfortable and saggy I think this place is suitable for a short stay, but not for more than two-three nights.

The room and kitchen and whole accommodation were very clean. Self check in was super easy. Outside area was nice.

The room air is musty and humid and we were not able to refresh the air in the room. The window was opened with protection all day long. Beyond that, we fully opened the window every morning and also doors but it was not enough. We also used AC but it was even worse. And street next to house was super nosy and quite dangerous. I felt like next to highway.
