Carvão PDL Inn

The room and accommodation were very clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location of the accommodation is perfect, the airport is close, I have to tell you we rented a car and we could reach any spot easily within one hour. The host was very kind to us and communicative.

The room air is musty and humid and we were not able to refresh the air in the room. The window faces the street and there were mosquito nets on the window with panels and the gaps between panels were tiny to refresh the air in the room. The window was opened with protection all day long. Beyond that, we fully opened the window every morning without protection above (It is not recommended due to small insects and others) and evening for a short period of time to fresh the air but it was not enough. My partner has asthma so she didn't like this air. There are parking slots next to the accommodation but it is already full very easily around 6 pm.

Overall, we had a great experience with the Carvao PDL Inn. The room was wonderful, clean. The host was friendly, answered our messages immediately and always met our requests. The accommodation has a great location not far from the airport.

Bed/room were nice.

The walls are very thin, and you can hear noises from other people from the other rooms. The location is a bit far from the center, 30min walk or 7Euro Taxi.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The Host was very friendly.

Our room was at the street. The street was very busy and has no sidewalk. So it was a bit loud and dangerous.

Good location (4 minutes from the airport by taxi) and the host is very responsive. Easy self-checkin process

We stayed 10 nights, the room and shared bathroom/area were clean, after 5 days we were offered a cleaning of our room. The owner also rented us some old dark towels for the beach at our request and we were regularly given new towels for the bathroom. We were in the room upstairs with a balcony and the humid odour wasn’t so bad there. I’d say it’s a fantastic accommodation for its price.

It’s not the accommodation’s fault but someone stole our food from the fridge so I’d unfortunately recommend some security locks.
