The accommodation was clean and nicely furnished, bed was comfortable. There is a public parking space next to the house thus parking is not an issue. We got plenty of towels, and the host was also helpful.

There was a big gap under the door thus guests preparing food (even before 7 am and after 10 pm) in the neighboring shared kitchen was quite disturbing.

"10/10 would stay again"

It was clean, and whole property was so lovely - especially enjoyed the courtyard! Kitchen was well furnished, towels were plentiful and toilet was a great size (we got room 3).

Very little - other reviews had complained about the smell, but not a huge issue for us. Room was a bit stuffy when coming home after a long day (you’re best to keep windows closed cause of insects), but a quick air and it was fresh again - loved that we also didn’t have any trouble with mosquitoes either!

"Great place for short / longer stay in Ponta Delgada"

Great place for short / longer stay in Ponta Delgada that had everything that we needed - spacious, clean and pretty rooms with comfy beds. Easy check-in and check-out (contactless), equipped shared kitchen and spacious shared inner patio.

Location is a bit "outside" of the city though still about 30 mins walk, with the closest supermarket is located 10 mins away. Not a problem, just to keep in mind. Especially since taxis were very affordable.
