Great attention to detail, amazing hosts and great facilities

Very cute property and a very good location, Marcos was incredibly helpful

It is recently renovated and has interesting eclectic decor and furniture. It has a good location in the city center. The staff is very responsive when messaging. I arrived early in the morning and they allowed me to check in then since my room was vacant, which was very appreciated.

The room had a problem with bugs. At first just a few like tiny caterpillars. But overnight they multiplied and we're growing and shedding wings all over the floor. The staff was very helpful in finding a resolution. They compensated me for the stay and cleaned the room. Though there were still some bugs after that. The listing said it was air-conditioned, though my room was not. It wasn't a big problem because even in July it wasn't that hot. Although the first night was very damp and AC would've helped with that. The room was also advertised as having a balcony, though it was really just a tall window. There's only one bathroom shared between the five rooms which means often having to wait. It was also a bit inconvenient since my room was on the lower floor and the bathroom is upstairs and at the end of the hall. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable but I slept ok.

Correspondence with Marcos was sensational. The accommodation has loads of charm and you are close to the city center and the airport at the same time. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and earplugs - very thoughtful. Furthermore, it was possible to t me to a late Check-out and if I wanted to I could have left my belongings in the camera-protected area.

Just two minor things based on personal preferences: The beds have spring mattresses and it can be a challenge for light sleepers like me to sleep through the night. Apart from that everything else was great!

Super pretty, and really well equipped! There were even plasters there, that I could used after I hurt my leg. There were bathrobes waiting for us. The manager was the most helpful and nice person on the planet. The place was super clean.

From our room we had to walk upstairs to use the bathroom. That wasn’t convenient at all.

Everything. Heart of the city location. Authentic and with such charm

There was a bottle of rose in my room. Didn't find a price etc. so didn't want to open it. Other than this, nothing to complain about at all
