"Preis/Leistung stimmt einfach nicht. Hygiene eine Katastrophe."

3.0

So, this is a mixed review. I first booked two nights in a double with sea view for like 65 EUR and that was the most disgusting room I have seen in all Raja Ampat. I have stayed on 25 EUR Homestays that was sooo much better. I would not pay 25 EUR for this room, unless you are a diver and do not care where you stay. The room is in really bad shape (see pictures 1 and 2), and you spit on the floor as there is no sink. Also only salt water in the showers. And sea view? Maybe if you stand by the window and look sideways. Sure, you get aircon. It was on 16 C the whole night and never got down to less than 26 C. The manager is also not paying attention to the guest and I heard many complaints from other guests. Food is OK, but always late. Given this I would have given it a score of 1 out of 10. Choose better accommodation. So, now to the twist, the mixed review. I upgraded for night two for like 30 EUR to the bigger bungalow (see pictures 3 and 4) and that was awesome for Raja Ampat standards. Straight in front of the beach (stayed in room 1, but 1-4 are all beach front). Really big room, sure a bit dated and colour's are falling off the walls, but really nice room. The bathroom was also awesome, I think the same size than the whole bedroom in the disgusting room. Sink, really nice shower, and also hot water. And aircon worked really well. So, bottom line. Pay up 100 EUR to get the better room, or find somewhere else to stay.

See above.

"Zero professionalità"

3.0

"Amazing house reef and nice rooms"

8.0

We enjoyed our seven nights at Amoryg ! We had a nice spacious room with a good bed and en-suite bathroom. The food was good and facilities with hammocks and “restaurant” was nice. The coral reef in front of the resort was the best we have ever had in a hotel/resort/homestay. We saw turtles, reef sharks, walking sharks, wobbegong sharks and every fish you could imagine. We also did two scuba dives on the house reef. The staff also took all of the guests to a nearby village were we spent a few hours walking around, talking to the locals and hiking to a lake.
