Amoryg Resort and Dive Raja Ampat

Wir kamen nach einem halben Jahr schon zum zweiten Mal in dieses "Resort" und wurden leider sehr enttäuscht. Es war so schlimm, dass wir nach einer Nacht in eine andere Unterkunft gewechselt haben. Als wir am Abend ankamen gab es keinen Strom, kein Trinkwasser, keine anderen Getränke, keine Seife oä. Nachdem wir zwei Stunden im Dunkeln gesessen hatten, ging der Generator zum Glück wieder. Wir hatten etwas Licht im Zimmer durch eine nackte Glühbirne, die von der Decke hängt. Dann haben wir gesehen, wie dreckig, wirklich dreckig, unser Bett war. Voll mit Flecken von Betelnuß und Schweiß. Wir sind sicher,dass die Mitarbeiter in dem Zimmer geschlafen haben. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde das Bett zwar neu bezogen aber wir waren total genervt. Zum Dinner gab es einen einfachen Schlag gebratene Nudeln mit einem Stück Fisch. Kein Gemüse, keine Früchte wie sogar in den Homestays üblich. Dann morgens die Überraschung: Strom und damit Klimaanlage läuft nicht mehr bis um 8 ,sondern nur noch bis 6 Uhr. Dann wird es in dem Zimmer sofort heiß. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin, gab es dafür auch keine andere Lösung. Als wir dem Manager sagten, dass wir so nicht bleiben wollen, wurde dies nur mit einem Achselzucken beantwortet. Wir sind dann abgereist, eine Erstattung haben wir nicht bekommen. Wir sind schon das fünfte Mal in Indonesien und das vierte Mal in Raja Ampat, aber so eine Unverschämtheit haben wir noch nicht gesehen. In Raja Ampat ist alles ziemlich teuer, aber ein bisschen Gegenwert sollte man auch bringen, vor allem wenn man sich "Resort " nennt.

Отличный выбор резорта для дайвинга, вблизи многих сайтов!!! Именно на это и ориентировались при выборе отеля. Замечательный дайвцентр с достойным оборудованием и классными инструкторами ( отдельное огромное спасибо Фернандо!)

Однозначно нужно улучшить и рпзнообразить питание!!!!

The accommodation has seen better days. There's a significant backlog of investment needed, as the rooms and equipment are quite dilapidated. This impression was immediately apparent upon arrival (the dive center's jetty is completely neglected and used as a garbage dump on land). However, it must be said that the staff were all exceptionally friendly, very helpful, courteous, competent, and very funny. Regarding the food, which is adequate but nothing more, it seems they think Europeans don't like Indonesian cuisine, which is usually excellent and one of the main reasons to visit the country. Spices are lacking! Vegetarians and vegans have no access to protein. However, the waitress is genuinely very friendly and helpful. Fruit is only available in homeopathic doses in the morning. I found it very strange that there was no sink with a mirror in the bathroom. The price for this accommodation is absolutely unjustified. There is no hot water, which isn't usually a problem given the temperatures. The water is a bit salty. Those wanting more comfort have to book the new bungalows equipped with hot water, which are considerably more expensive. Luckily, we could only book four days, as it was fully booked, and we ended up staying at a truly wonderful resort with incredibly delicious food, which was even cheaper. I didn't say "See you next time" there. They really need to invest some money to make future guests feel welcome.

Apart from the jetty and to hammocks there where no space to relax in the laying position at the beach. On the wooden chairs in front of the bungalow, it was too hot.

The staff is so kind here, and we had an amazing dive crew with Yaya, Oyen and Paul. Guy arranged amazing, affordable and high-value excursions for us, and we pretty much had our own dive master every day. It makes a big difference to have AC for the evening hours—we slept very comfortably! It felt like a little, remote slice of spartan paradise :)

This is a step up from homestays in terms of comfort and amenities, and a great value for what it is. There are some curiosities, still, such as no sink in the bathroom (which was still fine; it's just that the bathroom is pretty much always wet, heh.) It is a little more remote than other properties, and there isn't much to do other than snorkel at the small beach if you stay on property. That said, we were happy to be out diving and snorkeling elsewhere most days. The food is typical and simple, though perhaps a bit less varied than at other properties (some fruit at lunch, not much vegetables served).

Posto molto bello. Ramdan ti accoglie con la sua vivacità e subito ti coinvolge, sempre pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa. La sistemazione corrisponde alle foto, il cibo è ottimo e il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile. Durante i nostri 5 giorni lì abbiamo fatto diversi tour e immersioni, tutti fantastici. Tramonti da sogno e una barriera corallina proprio di fronte, davvero molto bella.

Resort mit sauberen, westlichen WCs und einem engagierten Manager mit Zimmern mit seitlichem Meerblick an einem schönen Strand. Eine Wohltat nach dem letzten Homestay! Hier kann man sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch Sonnenuntergang anschauen sowie abends die Haie am Steg beobachten. Es gibt ein gutes Hausriff, allerdings mit einer ausgeprägten Strömung. Es werden tolle Ausflüge angeboten. Das Essen ist lecker. Wie in vielen anderen Unterkünften ist das Leitungswasser salzig und Strom gibt es von 18:00 bis 6:00 Uhr.

Not one comfortable chair in the whole resort! Poor breakfast.
