The location was absolutely perfect. It was located very near to the main centre of Lyme Regis which was accessible from a short walk down a very steep hill. The available parking was a huge bonus - spaces were tight but it was possible to fit 4 cars on the drive. The room was a decent size, pleasantly decorated with a small en-suite. There was a nice selection of teas/coffee/snacks/toiletries in the room. The breakfast available was different varieties of cereal, some fruit, yoghurt and bread, which was enough for us. Value for money was great.

Honestly, the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The room was also very light - there was a curtain but no blind so the streetlight glare and morning sun blazed into the room. Both of these made it very difficult to sleep.

The property was near to the town centre. Our room was nice and the bed very comfy. The kitchen next door was available to make breakfast or snacks at any time of the day.

The breakfast room set up was excellent. Our room had a lovely view over the bay! The location was excellent with parking available.

The steep hill back after a long day! 😂 Kept us fit!
