There was nothing to like. It was horrible and disgusting.

It was a mess, dirty and also didn’t provide facilities that was mentioned in the site. Bathroom was dirty. Room door didn’t work and therefore couldn’t sleep peacefully . The property owner was rude

The room smelled of cigarets, there wasn’t a window in the room so the air was horrible, the toilet was dirty when we arrived, in a drawer we found a plastic container with some food covered in mold, no towels, no toilet paper (you have to ask to get it), on two occasions there was a lot of noice in the morning, in the bathroom the water was coming in through the “roof” so there was constantly a lot of water on the floor with no towels to clean it up. the whole experience was very uncomfortable and unpleasant, all our clothes still smell of cigarets

Upon arival we have been taken to the very top of the property using stairs so steap you were practicaly climbing a ladder. The room was discusting with rubish on the flor, screws in the corners and dirty covers probably not washed from the previous guest. The toilets were altso public for the whole floor. We have ran from there and booked a diferent hotel as we were scaird we were going to bring bugs home from there.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was distressing. We were left standing outside for over an hour, waiting for someone to let us in. During that time, we quickly became aware that the neighborhood was not safe. We genuinely felt the need to keep our belongings close to us at all times. Eventually, a man showed up and opened the door to the property, and from the very first moment inside, we realized something was seriously wrong. A repulsive stench hit us as we walked in, and the house itself was in shocking condition, the walls cracked and the fixtures damaged. As we climbed the stairs to our room, we passed three tiny, overcrowded rooms occupied by families. To our absolute horror, we saw a naked man casually strolling through the house. When we reached our room, we found two double beds with stained sheets and foul-smelling covers and far from anything shown or suggested in the listing. There were holes in the walls, and worst of all, the door could not be locked, thus leaving our passports, luggage, and electronics exposed and unprotected in this unsafe environment. At that point, our decision was clear: we had to leave immediately. Staying there was simply not an option. We checked into a hotel elsewhere that same evening. We are extremely disappointed that this property was even listed on your website. What we experienced was not just poor service or false advertising. It was a complete breach of the minimum standards of safety, hygiene, and dignity. We urge you to investigate this property and take immediate action to ensure that no other guests endure what we did. We are formally requesting a full refund for this booking, as we were unable to stay at the property due to the unacceptable conditions.

Nothing. It is in a sorry state

Not well maintained. Room smells of tobacco. Smoke ashes on the chair. Cobwebs on the walls. The toilet is dirty. It is an eyesore for a property in the United kingdom

Not much. Location is easy to reach from station and vibrant and colourful, with interesting food and shops. The house would not be bad with some TLC, plants, a good airing, a good clean and lick of paint.

I did not stay at the property once I saw what it was like. I waited outside for a good 20 minute and rang the bell 3 times, there was a recorded message saying someone will come to help you but nobody came until a woman happened to come to get her parcel. The outside of the house was run down, untidy and just unwelcoming. The woman offered no apology, instead she insisted that I was "supposed to call the number on the booking " - no number was provided and there was no mention of calling anyone. She just argued that I should have called and somehow it was my fault. She didn't trust that I had a reservation even when I showed her and had to call someone else to check before she even showed me the room. The house had dirty worn carpet, it smelled of staleness and sweat, the room was big to be fair with two double beds but there was no window. Bathroom was a big bare wet room, reminded me of a care home facility or industrial washroom. The whole place was dismal, bleak and I did not trust the cleanliness. Also not happy with the unhelpful and unwelcoming reception. Insisted on checking my ID. Ended up leaving and forking out £120 for a premier inn.
