An absolute disgrace. Yes, it’s a cheap room in a pretty average neighborhood, and I fully understand what one might expect in that context. But what is completely unacceptable is the total lack of cleanliness and basic respect for the guest. The room was in a shameful state: sheets that were clearly used, not changed between guests, with visible stains and a smell that left no doubt. The floor was dirty, with trash left behind, including discarded McDonald’s and Coca-Cola bottles, and an overall feeling of neglect. This isn’t about luxury—it’s about basic hygiene. I get that it’s budget accommodation, but this borders on unsanitary. A clean bed, a room that’s at least been tidied up… that’s not a luxury, that’s the bare minimum. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back, and I honestly can’t recommend it to anyone—not even as a last resort.

Unclean. No towels. Dead insects on the carpet floor. Would only stay again in an emergency and not for more than £20/£25 per night.

This was an absolute disaster it was very dirty me and my family ended up leaving early hours of the morning as the bedding was dirty and didn't want to sleep in it . Very disappointed 😞

The proximity to the bus line for the airport.

While very charming, no amount of sweet talking from the owner can cover how unprofessional and unclean the stay was here. From arriving to active renovations and drilling, learning the only front door key is unsafely kept under a doormat, finding debris in the room and the bathroom (more a wetroom), the rainstorm flooding said bathroom, mold on the doors and the echo of loud talking in the hallway waking us in the middle of the night are only some of the negative experiences we went through. But, it did its job and we got to the airport for our early flight. Though I would seriously consider getting a later flight if the next stay was anything compared to this.

Filthy dirty. Like extremely dirty. Do not book here if you don’t want to be ill.

Staff were excellent! And bedding situation was perfect

The toilet was hot. The water beneath was boiling and the steam would rise to the backside of whomever was sitting on the toilet. The lock to the room did not actually secure the door shut, and therefore anyone could get in when the room was unattended. And general cleanliness of broken walls and dirty carpets etc could be improved. We were also never given the wifi details so could not access.
