Colin was a delight. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Breakfast each morning was delicious. My room was clean and comfortable - it was everything I needed. The location was perfect to reach the port. I can’t recommend this property enough, and would come back in a heartbeat.

It's a shared bathroom - but it was always very clean and rarely in use.

Accueil très chaleureux. Vu les prix pratiqués à Jersey et Guernesey, c'est le seul établissement très abordable, d'où cet excellent rapport qualité prix. Colin se fait un devoir de nous accueillir, de donner un maximum d'informations et prête même des livres de randonnées sur Guernesey et Sercq. De plus la chambre, que j'ai eu, été équipée d'un micro-ondes et d'un frigo.

the kind old gentleman who manages the place and greets you at the door. It is practically a normal house on 3 floors which rents out separate rooms. There is a microwave and small sink in the room, so it was nice to be able to warm up the meal. The bedsheets were clean and the bed comfortable. Absolutely unbeatable for the price - all the hotels on the island are crazy expensive, this place is a complete bargain for the money and in comparison

i am sorry, but i could not unsee the mould on all windows and how run down this house is. i could not force myself to try the breakfast having in mind how the house smelt and the overall state of everything in there - old, no maintenance (the window in the bathroom on the top floor almost fell off when i opened it, i could barely close it again. I do appreciate the effort and kindness of the host, it is a life saver in terms of price, but you need to set your expectations as low as possible.
