JPスタッフの対応が丁寧、各フロアの廊下含め室内はよく清掃されていて綺麗で快適に滞在できました。 他の方も書かれていますがバスターミナルまで徒歩1-2分という最高の立地です。 (ナコンチャイエアー等のバスチケット売り場も有りました) その他24時間営業のコインランドリー等も全て徒歩ですぐ行ける範囲に有るので非常に便利でした。 短期滞在であれば非常におすすめできると思います。
何か書かなければいけないとしたら、ドライヤーが無かった点くらいだと思います。 (スタッフに言えば借りる事ができたのかもしれません) でもその他の点がとても良かったので大した欠点ではありませんでした。

GBLarge, basic, quiet room in a good location. It's a 5 minute walk from the train station, 1 minute from the bus station. Central Festival, the Bar Strert, the night markets are all within five minutes walk. Good WiFi - 140mbps. Friendly oweners with excellent English.
DECentral location and a very friendly owner. I mostly stayed there to get to the bus terminal easily.
The AC was weak and wasn’t able to cool the room down.
