FIThe central location is good near bus station, related to shopping and bus transfer options.
A "Queen" room with window was reserved and paid but a room on high floor without window was given. Here is no elevator in the hotel and a room without window on high floor was disappointing and misleading. The hotel marketed a lower room price outside the hotel entrance compared to booking.com room price level, which also was a disappointment at check-in. There are bars and prostitutes in the nearby area, which made the time outdoors uncomfortable in the evening.
THLocation was the most important. Very close to all amenities.

THPerfect location. Everything is a walking distance away. The landlady was super nice and she speaks English very well.
My aircon wasn't effective enough, and it should be replaced with a new one.
